These crossbars are built from heavy-duty aluminum that can handle up to 220 lbs of gear. Whether you’re loading kayaks, a cargo box, or contractor equipment, the sturdy build keeps everything stable. The 65" long bars give you plenty of space, and the square design adds strength for serious hauling.
Each bar has top channels lined with rubber strips that help cushion your load and keep it from slipping. When you’re tightening down straps or mounting accessories, that extra grip makes all the difference. It keeps movement to a minimum while protecting your gear from scuffs during long drives.
The top channels on these square bars are made for Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty accessories. You can mount ladder rollers, load stops, eyebolts, and more right into the channel system. The Quick Mount legs include lockable cover plates that secure the rack to your vehicle’s tracks. Once locked in place, the setup stays put until you decide otherwise. It’s a simple way to add some extra protection when you leave your gear unattended.

Added the 63" track to my bed rails. Fairly easy installation but required some different hardware based on the application. Some areas didn't allow enough room for the knob so used washers instead with the nyloc nut from the knob. Beware the overall length is roughly 5 inches longer with the end caps (~68"). I had to cut about an inch from the rail to fit between my bull rings but knew there would be a chance of modification needed for the intended use. etrailer has great information and fast shipping.
Purchased the Rhino Quick Mount Legs and Vortex-Aero bars, to mount on our Retrax XR Pro Tonneau cover. As always buying from trailer is easy, Terri N make the experience much better, from order to delivery. Terri ensured compatibility with existing hardware, and that everything needed is included.
The Rhino system is an easy install, the fit of the T-slot plate style nuts was tight, eliminating the damage that can occur with loose fitting slot inserts. Assembly can be completed on or off vehicle, as long as all accessories are fitted first. If done off vehicle, accurate measurements will be needed for the base fitment.
We paired the Rhino system with 1up USA bike racks, and a Yakima box.
Works well on the Ultragroove track system (2018 8' bed 3500HD DRW).
Overall pleased with the product. The rails were solid and I was able to shorten them for my application. My only complaint is the rubber gaskets could be a little easier to apply as mine were somewhat melted in the box. Installation was not difficult assuming you can measure and take your time. I mounted some Yakima landing pads on them with Yakima feet and bars.
I wanted to use my Rhino-Rack bars and accessories, although I did not want a bed cover on my new RAM 2500. So I mounted these Roof Rack Tracks directly to the bed rails. They fit perfectly, I only had to separate the nyloc nuts from the plastic knobs which did not fit under the rail.
I bought these racks for my Ford Transit and I couldn't be happier with the racks or the service from trailer. The rhino racks added a nice touch to an awkward looking van with its great looks and perfect functionality. Reading reviews about other racks making howling noises while driving made me a little hesitant , but am pleased to say, no noise whatsoever. I've added a basket to the racks and everything has worked perfectly. We do a lot of traveling,(2 adults,4 kids, 3 dogs) and the racks have provided exactly what we needed. Fit was great, easily attached to my current bars. Look to be good quality and combined with the security feature as it comes with a locking cover.
Purchased RTC tracks to install on new truck cap, previously had Yakima tracks on old truck. Rhino track system is definitely superior to, more user friendly and cheaper then yakima. A bonus, I was also able to reuse my yakima rail riders with the Rhino track rails. Product arrive quickly and in good condition.
Reason I did not give 4 stars was etrailer sent 2 left rails, at first they were very understanding and were going to send out correct rail. Then they said no, just flip one rail around, despite directions saying to face both slots to rear. Long story short contacted Rhino Racks, they agreed to send me out correct rails.
The item was actually the Rhino-rack roof rack complete system including Aero- bars and tracks for camper shells without existing tracks ( and not the quick mount legs pictured). I received the shipment with literally half of the components missing and had to wait for the missing parts to be sent. Still ended up with one part missing so had to wait again for that part to be sent. Took a total of 3 months from the time I ordered until I had all the parts to complete installation. I still gave 4 stars due to the quality of the product ( and at half the price of a comparable Yakima system), and because of the diligence and response of representatives (Amy and Tiffini) who helped me get the missing parts. I will note however (from reviewing other posted reviews) that shipping orders for this item with missing parts, and even with half the components missing, does not appear to be an isolated event)

I love the Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars. At first they were a pain to crossbar on, but they I used my thumbs correctly on the lock, and haven't had an issue since the first alignment. They really served their purpose and lifted the old Sears Sport 20-SV cargo top carrier off of the roof for easier mounting and for now hold the kayaks. I do need longer crossbars, but that's a future problem that etrailer.com will be glad to provide a solution to.
This product is very intuitive in its design. Yes, it has a quick detach feature, but it can also be canted up or down, depending on the curvature os the vehicle roof. Attachment to the roof rails and the Vortex bars seems solid and looks great. And, if you transported camping gear to a site and don't want to take your roof rack offroading, simply remove the rack with the QD feature and snap on the included covers. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

my rhino crossbars and a rhino basket purchased else where months ago. With dogs traveling in the backseat and limiting my cargo space with a locking retrax bed cover I needed a little bit more room for those extra things I couldn’t live without in my travels. Paula S was the bomb and assisted me with the perfect size setup. Super fast shipping.
Kit was great, except my SnugTop cover required longer T-Bolts for mounting the tracks. The 1.5 inch ones provided were too short. It was a little tough sourcing T/Bolts that would work. It would have been nice if longer T-Bolts could have been an option from Rhino Rack.
Incredible product super reliable , over a year of having it not a single issue , ima super hardcore fisherman , and also use the bed of my truck for various activities I can’t believe how easy this is too completely disassemble and put back together , this is a thief deterrent. Use it on a F 150 2022 truck with retrax electric bed cover

Have hauled our bikes all over MI, through the UP, and back. They never moved. Rack is super simple to remove from the rails to grant full access to the PU bed.
I think this is one of the Best options out there for taking your bikes with you while still having your covered bed space. I also can install a Ski box for the winter. Ski's in the box while gear in the covered bed.
Rhino Racks are quality products, about the same quality as Yakima or Thule, slightly cheaper. Channel installation on my Tacoma topper went smoothly. I temporally taped the rails to roof with a tape, so they couldn't move. I would also recommend to check bottom of your roof for "bum outs", so your wing nuts don't lend in a wrong spot.Measure twice before you start to drill holes. Second pair of hands helps, but it is not absolutely necessary.

Great product! Works well with our Thule Tracker II rails installed on our truck cap. Solid system that is easy to install and remove.
I bought a new Honda Ridgeline and Leer camper shell. I got these to replace the Thule tracks I used previously. Unfortunately the steel pads that slide in the track for the Thule pedestals are just about a 1/32" to big to fit. I fixed that problem with my bench grinder. Now the fit very well and are fully functional. In every other way these tracks are superior to Thule. The T-bolts and oversized nuts are much, much better than what Thule offers. I also like the cutout at the end of the track that allows removing the pedastals easily and without tools.
