Can I Use My Xtend Retrax Crossbars With Rhino Rack Towers?

Question:

I have a set of xtend cross bars from Retrax that I had to replace with longer ones for a new vehicle. Are the old cross bars able to be used with other towers such as those from Rhino rack that also use a T-slot aero bar. The towers ,I assume, would have to be vehicle specific.

Hey Phillip,

Roof rack parts are not compatible with other brands so your Retrax bars would not be able to be used with towers from Rhino Rack or any other brand. The only part that is standard is the actual t-slot throughout those parts. You need to stick with the same brand for your roof rack parts.

Are you just needing replacement towers for your crossbars?
