Question:

It is unclear what is and is not included with this purchase. Just to be clear, is the tracking system which must be bolted to the camper shell / vehicle included? This would be perfect for my 1999 Mazda B2500 and I am interested in purchasing.

The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System # Y01-140B is comprised of the following parts:

65" Heavy Duty Bars - # RB1650B-2
Quick Mount Legs - # RRRLT600
63" RTC Tracks - # RTC16

So everything you need for a complete roof rack is included in the Roof Rack System # Y01-140B. You can see this on display in the attached photo a customer sent in. If you let me know what you plan on using the roof rack for I can make additional recommendations as necessary.
