Recommended Roof Rack That Will Fit A Leer Truck Bed Cap

Looking for replacement roof cross bars for my leer cap.

Hi John!

Leer uses Thule tracks on their caps, so we have a bunch of options available for you! That said, if I were doing this (and I may very well do at some point as I have wanted to put a cap on my Silverado for a while now), I would go with the Rhino Rack set up I have below:

Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack Crossbars - Black - 65" Long - Qty 2 # RB1650B-2
Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs for Sportz Crossbars - RTC and RT Roof Rack Tracks - Qty 4 # RRRLT600
Adapter Kit for Rhino-Rack RTL600 Legs - Thule Tracks - Qty 8 # RRT-FK1

This would give you 65" of bar space to work with and they will bolt right into those tracks on your Leer cap. The install will be nice and easy. This will also give 220 pounds of capacity, which will be the highest out of all the options we carry.

Now if I am way off and you don't have tracks on your cap, just let me know and I can get you set up with those as well.
