Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com today we're taking a look at the Jr products, propane hose. This is going to connect between your LP gas cylinder and your regulator on your RV so that you can use all your RV appliances. You can see on this end, we have the RV type one or ACME. It's also sometimes called the QCC1, fitting. This is going to Mount onto your RV's gas cylinder valve.
It's going to be very simple to install. You only have to hand tighten it, and you're not going to need any special tools or anything like that. And it does install clockwise. So it's going to be very easy. Most of us are familiar with tightening things clockwise and some of the other valves out there are counter-clockwise.
So it's a little counterintuitive. This fitting is going to provide a high flow rate before it goes into the bypass mode. The bypass mode is when the system thinks that there's a gas leak. So it brings it down to minimum flow. This allowing that high flow rate, it's going to allow you to power all of your RV's appliances at once before it goes into the bypass mode. So you're not going to have to worry about that.
On this end, we are going to have the quarter inch male inverted flare in, and this is going to connect to your regulator. This hose also has the internal back-check to prevent any sort of gas leaks. It is designed for LP gas, only LPB of course, liquid propane, your hose dimensions. It's going to be right about a foot. It's actually slightly over from the end of our nozzle there down to the other end.
It's about 12 and a half inches. So we have plenty of links for you. If you're looking for a one foot hose, it's got an internal diameter of a quarter of an inch. This hose is UL and CSA certified, and it is made here in the USA. And that's going to complete our look at the Jr products, propane hose..

Propane hose assembly connects your dual LP gas cylinder setup to the regulator on your camper. Internal back-check prevents gas leaks.Excellent quality, hard to tighten it with narrow jaw crescent wrench or channel locks, got it tight with channellocks but squeezed the hose fitting! So far no leaks and I hope it stays that way!
Just what we needed and I couldn’t find it anywhere else! Thank you e-trailer!
I installed the lines and they work well. No issues. This was a second order attempt to get the correct fittings for the regulator recommended for my RV. Besides the frustration of returning and reordering all is good!
Exact replacements of original pigtails from 20 lb. propane tanks to the travel trailer's regulator. Seems to be of high quality. No leaks detected after installation.
