The wench mounted very easy with my KFI Polaris wench mount no modifications. Have yet to try it out. Only disappointment was the circuit breaker on the positive battery cable is bear, with no cover. If it bounces around and touches the frame it will short out. As you know riding in an ATV/UTV you are on rough terrain most of the time. Looking for a cable cover, if not I will just tape the sh&$ out of it to make it safe. No heat shrink that size that I can find. But looks like a strong, well built wench. Love the cabled remote. Not a fan of wireless or a toggle in the cab. Would have rated it a 5 but no idea how well it works when the chips are down.

I've bought this winch to put on my car hauler, I mounted it in a tongue tool box to keep it out of the weather. It works like a champ and should last a oong while.

The 5000 lb trailer winch that I purchased is better then the ones you get at harbor freight and it's as good if not better as all the expensive name brand winches if I had to do it over again I would buy this winch it has pulled me out and pulled out my friends without any hesitation and has helped me move heavy logs in the yard

That we do, Mike. The highest rated 3/8" wire rope we have is the Replacement Wire Rope for Bulldog Winch Off-Road Winch # BDW20296, which is 85' long and is rated for 15,000 lbs. Then we have the # BDW20110 which is 90' long and 12,000 lb rated. Then lastly part # BDW20112 at 87' long and 10,000 lb rated.

Is There a Replacement Clutch Handle for the Superwinch S4000
I do have an option for you but I reached out to Superwinch and the clutch handle is not replaceable on the Superwinch S4000. Therefore, if this is broken or faulty then the entire winch would need to be replaced but we do have a great cost effective option for this in the etrailer ATV Winch part # e98989. This winch has a higher capacity at 5,000 lbs, upgraded synthetic rope, and a wired remote for easy use. I also asked about the motor cover and this is not available either.

Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out. The etrailer ATV Winch # e98989 can absolutely be mounted on a Gator as long as you have a suitable winch plate or mounting surface. The winch uses a 3-1/8" x 6-5/8" mounting bolt pattern, so the real question is whether your RSX already has a winch mount plate or aftermarket bumper that accepts that pattern. The #e98989 is a 5,000 lb winch, which is a reasonable size for an RSX 860i, but you'll need a plate or bracket strong enough to handle the load....

Th etrailer ATV winch part # e98989 comes with a handheld remote but we don't have a rocker switch solution for the Kubota you have. The harness of the switch is pretty long though so maybe you could zip tie it somewhere convenient for you to grab it?
