Will this winch fit on a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 850 SP. Does it have a switch for the handlebars?

Yes the etrailer ATV Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 5,000 lbs # e98989 will work on a 2018 Polaris Sportsman. It includes mounting plate and hardware.
It has a hand held operator switch.
This unit is great for 500cc - 850cc UTVs, ROVs, or MOHUVs.
