This is a fine tank. I used it for additional volume with my air compressor and I've never had an issue with it.

Air tank arrived by UPS undamaged the box was pretty banged up but expected (round tank in square box). Very pleased with the whole order/delivery process.

The tank is doing what I wanted.I use air pressure empty a hose when finished filling a ag sprayer. I needed volume and pressure for a 3in x 30ft hose.

Tank works as expected, however, if a safety pop off valve is installed in the 1/4" fitting in the bottom, the valve will extend past the legs which is an issue for our application.

I spoke to my contact at Firesone and he informed me that the Firestone Air Tank # F9277 that you referenced does not have a CRN number, he told me the only ratings this has are SAE J10, the tank is coated internally and externally to resist corrosion and can handle up to 150 psi.
