A damaged fender leaves your trailer and wheel area exposed to road spray and debris. This galvanized steel fender restores coverage over 8" to 15" wheels, while its undrilled design lets you mount it to fit your setup.
Replacing a damaged fender starts with having enough coverage around your wheel and tire. This fender supports 8" to 15" wheel applications, with an 8" wide x 27-1/2" long x 11" tall footprint. Those dimensions give you concrete measurements to compare against the space available on your trailer before planning the installation.
Road and marine environments can expose a trailer fender to conditions that wear on unprotected metal. This stamped fender uses 16-gauge galvanized steel for strength and corrosion resistance while providing coverage around your wheel. That combination makes it suited for repeated use around the road or water.
Existing mounting locations can vary from one trailer to another. Rather than locking you into predrilled holes, this fender can be drilled to match your setup. That gives you more control over mounting-point placement when fitting the fender to your trailer.
Mounting needs can change with the trailer and where the fender needs to sit. This fender comes without mounting brackets, allowing you to select the brackets that work with your particular setup instead of adapting around included hardware. Once you have the appropriate brackets and mounting locations planned, you can install the fender around your trailer configuration.

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here from etrailer and today we are in Fort Worth, Texas at the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers Convention 2026, where we have quite a few of our vendors that we have at etrailer. And let's put a face to the name of those companies and also see what products they offer. I'm here with Jeremy from Tie Down and Jeremy, what is Tie Down Great question, Brad. So we're engineering company, family and operated best out of Atlanta. Our big thing in the industry isn't anything from safety, roofing, fenders, marine. Honestly, we do a little bit of everything.
It's a lot to keep up with as we just talked about. So here, this is our OEM Trailer Division. A big thing that you guys are gonna see behind us is just all the fenders that we have, injection molding, any types of fender, whether that's gonna be floor freighted, smooth steel, tandem, double axle, a lot of sheet metal components as well. And the biggest thing I'd say at our place, it's about a million square feet of space. I would say it's an engineer's playhouse.
All made in-house in the USA Everything's made right here in the United States. Yes sir. So you guys are supplying OEM with fenders. Yep. And so, if you're looking for replacements or you're building out a trailer, it's the OEM are trust and tie down to make quality products, you can do the same.
Absolutely. Now you guys have a few different offerings as far as materials, colors, what all do you offer in the fenders That's awesome. So you can do smooth steel, we can do any type of powder coating. Obviously, you can do the diamond plated. A lot of the big things are injection molding fenders really, that you can see whether it's tandem or double axle, even down to the small 12-inch that you see for the injection molding.
So everything is custom. We probably have, I can't even come up with the number of thousands of different fenders that you can make. Everything can be custom. We have standardized parts, but also if somebody needed something, we can make it just that based on anyone's specifications. Now as far as applications like your injection molding, where do you see that versus metal fenders That's a good question. A lot of that is more cosmetics or just based on the preference of whatever trailer company or dealer. So some of these that you'll see, it really just depends. What I've learned is the trailer company and then really what the boat dealer wants. The area would change too. Some people I've talked to, if they're living in a rougher area, don't wanna have anything get damaged more marine life, you'll see a lot more of the aluminum just because of salt water. Naturally. We have a lot of lakes around us so you still see a lot of the plastic too. Really just region based. That's fair. And are most of 'em bolt-on, weld-on or kind of combination You can do a little bit of both. It's that's the cool thing about what we do. It's all personal preference. Awesome. Makes it a little bit easier. Yeah. Yeah, so again, if you're replacing old fenders, you know, you put a lot of miles on a trailer, you wanna protect your tires. And also it really jazzes up a trailer. If you got rust fenders, you can, I think these look nice. Heck yeah. And that's, you can really give your trailer a new, you know, new look and it's gonna be nice and structurally made. Tie Down does an awesome job. So Jeremy, thank you. Yes. Appreciate bud.

Fit perfectly. Good construction
Easy to work with , great customer serv ice!
Excellent service, order was shipped same day, no shipping charge and I received it in two days. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
So far look good, I have not installed them yet but they look like they will fit nicely on the existing mounts on my trailer. I launch in salt water and my fenders on my trail are galvanized steel, but after 16 years are beat up and rusting badly. I hope these aluminum fenders will hold up to the salt water. I launch in salt water 30 to 40 times a year and that puts a beating on your trailer. If I have problems in a year or so, I will give you a report. Love your company, I have purchased several sets of trailer wheels and tires over the years. Local tire shops only carry maybe one brand or type of trailer tire. On your site I can purchase the best tires and wheels at a lower cost then just tires locally. Tires are holding up well.
Worked nicely for my needs
