This extender increased the clearance between spare tire and bike rack allowing transport of my two bikes on my travel trailer. Solid connection and pleased with purchase. No issues. Lock seems to be good quality. Will be taking off this week for first time in 10months to inspect. Do not expect any issues.

The etrailer hitch extender with antisway threaded pin is excellent for my Jeep Wrangler. The cost was reasonable and the quality is excellent. I put it to use a few hours after the speedy delivery and it worked great!

Matches up perfectly with my Rocky Mounts Bike carrier. These products are great, heavy duty and well engineered. No rattles, totally solid in the receiver hitch.
I mounted a door mount spare tire carrier on my Sprinter and I needed to extend the bike carrier beyond the tire. Perfect length for this purpose. Thanks

The best thing about RockyMounts hitch adapters and extenders is the locking mechanism. It doesn't rattle around back there when I'm offroading with the bike rack. Love it!

The hitch is great and I use it on my Bronco to deal with the spare tire and still use my bike rack. This is the perfect length and with the stabilization so it doesn't rattle it is great.

While I haven't had the opportunity to test it going down the road yet, I'm confident that after installing this 8" hitch extender it's going to work flawlessly. It is very heavy duty and a test of my own proved that it does not move around or sway. You can see what a big difference the extra 8” made in the photographs. I like the product but had to return it because the bolt was too short and couldn’t fit on my hitch. Will need to order a different one with a longer bolt. Is there an option to do so with eTrailler?

- Can You Flip RockyMounts Hitch Extender LS Upside DownIn regards to the RockyMounts Hitch Extender LS part # RKY10011, the hitch pin has to be inserted from the passenger side for the anti rattle to engage. That said, you should be able to simply turn the extender upside down so that the hitch pin is then inserted from the driver side.
