Is There an Anti-Rattle for the Blue Ox Hitch Extender for Tow Bars

Good morning, I have the Item # BX88265. I use the 6-3/4inch pin hole, so this sits flushed to the receiver. What is the best anti rattle can I use since this is a solid piece and not hollowed? For reference I have a 2021 Infiniti QX50 AWD. Very little head room to the bumper. I looked at the Item # GY39FR. From Robert Os honest review this still has a little bit of a movent vertically. So this one is out of the question. The anti rattle needs to be lockable if possible. Thank you for your help.

I do have an option for you but I don't really know of a way to give you everything you want with the Blue Ox Hitch Extender for Tow Bars part # BX88265. If you use the hitch pin hole closest to the end of the shank you might be able to fit the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II part # BX88224 and add the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches part # e98880 but that is all I have for you.
Instead, a much better option would be the RockyMounts Hitch Extender LS part # RKY10011 which provides an extension and an anti-rattle, locking hitch pin.
