I received the Lippert hitch for my 2018 VanLeigh Vilano 369FB. It went on extremely easy as it only took four bolts. I can now mount my bike rack to it and it is very sturdy. Will order it again in a heartbeat.
Easy to install, perfect fit. It took longer to unwrap it from the shipping material than it did to mount it. It took my son about 5 minutes to install.
The hitch receiver is heavy and well constructed. My wife and I were able to quickly install it without any problem. The hitch receiver mounts perfectly on our 2020 Valino 320gk.

Appears to be a quality product. Communication is the best I have ever had with any seller! The first one was damaged during shipping. I got a response on a weekend advising me of a new one being shipped Monday. They also had UPS pickup the damaged one. Hassle free costumer service!!
Just received this afternoon, and installed. Probably took 30min to install as I putzed around finding floor jack to support it while I bolted it on. Shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Fit my 2019 320GK and expect it will do well holding a rack for our e-bikes. Only wish it was a little cheaper...

Easy to order and track delivery. Delivery was amazingly quick for being a heavy hitch as well as being over a holiday weekend. Ordered late Thursday and got it the next Thursday.
Just what I needed for a bike rack
The hitch itself is 5 stars. The hitch was wrapped in plastic, and the hardware which apparently was inside the receiver, was missing (hole in plastic at receiver). Called etrailer, and a week later I got the 4 bolts, nylon locking nuts and washers. The bolts were fine (½”), but 3 of the nuts were 7/16”. Visually, the nuts looked like they were pulled together out of what was lying around, I’m not sure if they were grade 5 or not. At first I thought maybe the nuts’ threads were rough, and in the process of trying them I beat 2 bolts up. I don’t know if this was a goof by lippert or etrailer (they were in a bag with lippert instructions). Went to my local true value hardware store and got 4 new bolts and nylon nuts. How nice to have compatible hardware!!
Install tip- as the instructions say, having something to lift the hitch up is needed. It’s a snug fit! I also used a bottle jack to get it up at one end, then a pipe clamp to get its front/back position correct. Finish product looks great! End of receiver just sticks out a bit from the rear of the bumper.
Quality product. Just what we needed at the right price.
It was easy to install & fit as advertised! No problems!
