The RockyMounts Hitch Extender LS w/ Hitch Pin and Lock - 2" Hitches - 8" Long # RKY10011 can indeed be used with the RockyMounts Gigawatt Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY37MR. Just be aware that using an extender like this, even with its anti-rattle locking hitch pin, it will cut the carrying capacity of your hitch in half. With that said, I would not use bikes over 40 pounds when using it to keep everything safe.
