Works excellent, easy install
We received the AC, installed and working very well. Bought 1 Furrion 2 weeks earlier, 2nd Furrion on Aug. 20th 2023 and with both units on my 2013 Palomino Columbus 5th wheel with the outside temp at 107 degrees today here in Kirvin TX, they are keeping the inside temp at 76 degrees with no trouble. I am very pleased with these two ACs. They are also much quieter then the old Dometic ACs they replaced.
The air conditioner was shipped very fast. Received the unit two days before the original shipment date. The serviceman installed the unit and it is working fine. Only thing the fed-ex ship in on the side of the box and placed the unit in my shed upside down because your shipping department didn’t tape the bottom of the box that can damage a air conditioner!! The unit keeps tripping the breaker

This A/C works well, 65F cold air, but the controller or Thermostat or both hare junk!

Called etrailer twice on this scratched used furring chill ac. Only 1 picture shows the box all torn up with a big scratch on the top cover. I told myself for the price nobody see the top of my ac unit, so I took a chance and ordered it. It was delivered in a few days, box all taped up. When I opened the box it did not have the big scratch on the the top but the whole cover was broken off. All the plastic ears holding the upper half of the cover busted off just held by the front screws. I was worried about the inside part of the ac. So I inspected that portion and seemed to be untouched. Priced a new cover at $[XX], said no way I could have bought brand new for that. So I fabricated new ears and screwed the cover on that had no scratches by the way. Installed ac and works great for now. I guess it’s not a bad gamble for a brand new unit. It was a chance on a returned item. After all said and done probably should have been disclosed better with more pictures and priced a little lower. I got lucky. ETRAILER has always been good to me on my previous orders. I’m glad this worked out should have taken pictures but got caught up fixing it first.

Bolted right in place and as we haven’t pulled the class c out of the shop inside it’s cooling and blowing a lot better.
Excellent unit, the easy start feature allows to run 2 ACs on 30 amp sites. Not 5 stars because slightly noisier than others.

Not good, ac unit is super loud and does not cool my 5ver. Since have changed to a household mini split system and have never looked back. It is super quiet and efficient, it will freeze you out and don’t even need the upstairs unit. Plus it heated my unit nicely during the winter also. No loud expensive furnace running either. Super easy installation at a fraction of the cost of the Furrion AC unit.
