Furrion Control Box Is Not Sending Power To Thermostat

Question:
I just installed FR23PV Furrion 15 K chill HE air conditioner kit, controller, thermostat and air distribution box. I have checked electrical connections both AC and DC with multimeter and they are correct. However control box is not sending power to thermostat. I checked continuity between thermostat and control box. Everything is good, even checked DC polarity. Control box is not sending power to thermostat. ??? Thoughts???

Hello Donnie. it sounds like you are on the right track here. You have done all of the correct testing and troubleshooting that we would normally ask you to do for this kind of issue. There are really no steps I can offer that you haven't already done. It sounds to me like you have a faulty or defective controller and it will need to be replaced under warranty.
