Troubleshooting RV AC Unit that Stopped Powering On

Question:

I have a furrion chill 15k btu unit installed on my camper I put on January 2024 and they have been great but recently I went to fire up both units and one unit wont come on thermostat comes on and shows it in cool mode but the unit never starts I cant find any troubleshooting guide anywhere to check anything.

Hey Ben, have you checked for any tripped breakers in your panel? Most of the time that's what causes an AC unit to just stop working randomly.

Yes I have verified the breaker is on and verified power at the unit I have also swapped thermostats to ensure there is no issue with that

@BenS Sounds like something is bad internally on the AC unit like a compressor or capacitor. Looks like it has a 2 year warranty which is a bummer since it looks like you are about 6 months outside of that.
