Here are the items in my cart. I’m looking to install a hitch and a wire harness to pull a trailer with a 2016 jeep Cherokee, latitude, V6 Please tell me if all items are correct. If not please correct any of those items. C56208. 18144, e62TR

The parts you have listed will all work great on your 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with the V6.
etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e62TR
Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56208
Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144
I typically recommend the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long # 18136 as it can make attaching the # 18144 bracket easier, but with how the hitch attaches to your Cherokee, I don't think it work in your case. That said, I think the Curt Easy Mount Bracket for 4- or 5-Way Flat Trailer Connector - 2" Hitch # C58001 would be better than the # 18144 bracket. There would be no drilling and you have plenty of room for it. Just a thought.
