The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver keeps everything tucked away behind the bumper so nothing shows when it’s not in use. The 2" x 2" receiver detaches without tools, leaving no trace of a hitch underneath. When it’s time to carry bikes or a cargo carrier, it locks securely into the stainless steel mounting block and comes right back off when you’re done. You get the utility of a hitch without changing how your vehicle looks.
If you like things that just work, this setup is for you. The receiver attaches in seconds by snapping into the center block until it automatically latches. Push the side lock to secure it and you’re ready to roll. When you’re finished, use the included key to unlock, twist the handle, and remove it. A hitch plug covers the opening to keep dirt and debris out. It makes switching between hauling and clean looks quick and easy.
Even though it hides out of sight, this hitch is built strong. With a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs, it’s sturdy enough for hitch-mounted bike racks or cargo carriers loaded with gear. The install isn't terribly difficult, but the thought of removing bumper covers and trim on a $ 40,000+ vehicle can be intimidating. Congratulations on your successful install!!

The hitch and the Kuat bike rack look great! I do want to let you know that the hitch manufacturer prefers that you use the hardware that comes with the hitch. If it absolutely has to be replaced quickly then it will need to be at least grade 8 rated hardware.
