Question:

Hi, I kept reading that the current hitches in the market except for the stealth hitch cannot be installed if the Q3 has hands-free tailgate sensor. Is this true? Can your hitch be installed with the receiver tube just below the sensor and also not be affected when the fascia is trimmed I looked behind/ under the bumper and looks like the barfoot sensor is glued to the inner side of the bumper where I likely need to make the trim cut. Thanks!

It is correct that the only hitch that is available for a 2020 Audi Q3 with the hands-free liftgate are the Stealth Hitches. In regards to the Draw-Tite, it's not possible to say if your specific installation steps can work; it's simply never been tried because the sensors interfere with the install at the frame location.

The only thing that I can tell you will work is the Stealth Hitches option, which you can get with just a rack receiver if you do not plan on towing, or a rack receiver with a ball mount if you do plan on towing:
