Yes, the only option for the 2021 Audi Q3 that still allows the hands-free tailgate to fully function as designed is the Stealth Hitches. There are two options, you can have just a rack receiver for accessories such as bike rack or carrier, Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ319, if you do not plan on towing. Or, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit, # 391AUDQ319T if you do plan on towing.
