Will this hitch fit a 2025 Q3 with power lift gate sensor?

Yes, it will Ken. The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # 391AUDQ319 has been confirmed to fit the 2025 Audi Q3 with the power lift gate sensor. We haven't heard of any compatibility issues with the sensor but typically if it's blocked around the receiver you just kick to the left or right of it to find a zone not blocked by the 2" receiver. When the receiver is removed there would be nothing to worry about.
Please note if you are wanting to tow a trailer you will need item # 391AUDQ319T. This package includes the ball mount, receiver for accessories, and necessary wiring for trailer lights.
