For your 2021 Audi Q3 I recommend going with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ319.

This hitch is unique as the receiver portion can be completely removed when not in use to you won't even be able to tell a hitch is installed keeping a completely factory look to your Q3.

The receiver included with the # 391AUDQ319 has a 600lb tongue weight rating and is designed to carry accessories such as a bike rack of cargo carrier. It cannot be used with a ball mount to tow a trailer.

If you will be towing a trailer with your Q3 you will want to go with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 391AUDQ319T instead as it includes the same receiver for a bike rack or cargo carrier, but also a draw-bar and wiring so you will be able to tow a trailer.
