Question:

I need to add a hitch to my 2021 Audi Q3 for my bike rack. I was looking at this Draw-Tite hitch but it says it has a visible cross tube. I'm assuming that means I would see it hanging down under my vehicle. Is there a hitch that will provide a factory look and also allow me to carry the bike rack? Thanks.

You are correct, the Draw-Tite # DT68MR has a visible cross tube so you will see it once installed on your 2021 Audi Q3. In order to maintain a factory look, I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ319. This hitch as a hidden cross tube so you will only see the receiver hanging down on your Audi. The receiver also detaches when not in use so the hitch will not be seen at all. This has a 600 lb tongue weight capacity for your bike rack.

The only downside to this hitch is that it cannot be used for towing without additional parts. If you decide you want to do some towing, we have the hitch with the towing kit available # 391AUDQ319T. You could also choose to purchase it separately at a later time if you wish. The kit by itself is the # SH82VR.
