I just spoke with my rep at Stealth Hitches and for your 2021 Audi Q3 S-Line you will want item # 391AUDQ319. This hitch is confirmed to fit the S-Line models.

It is custom fit and bolts directly to your Audi with included hardware. I really like this hitch because it attaches behind your rear bumper and has a completely removable receiver. When you are not using your bike rack you can unlock the 2" x 2" receiver and store it away.

This hitch does not have the ability to tow. If you would like the Stealth Hitch that has the ability to tow and carry a bike rack you will want the item # 391AUDQ319T.
