Hey Dan,
Yes, there's actually a few different factors here to determine the correct fit for your Silverado. The Curt # C15400 you referenced is designed to fit 3500 cab and chassis models so it unfortunately wouldn't be a fit. If you have a 6-1/2' or 8' bed with the standard factory bumper you could install the Curt # C15703. If you have the 10" deep drop rear bumper and an 8' bed then you'll need the Curt # C15313 instead.
