Install was super easy, fit perfect, great instructions. Very solid unit.
We ordered this hitch for Christmas for our daughter. We had ordered the wrong style she wanted and when we went to exchange they were prompt about getting the new one out to us. They were on top of it all. The hitch hasn't been installed on the car for further review.
Easy to install and works perfectly for my bike rack.
Works fine but the mounting holes didn't quite line up with the attachment points on the vehicle. I had carefully bend it to get it to fit.
This product blends very well with the existing bumper- actually looks like OEM. Plan to use this to tow a 14' dinghy trailer with about 1,000 lbs of weight.
I can sum up my thoughts simply easy, easy ,easy ! I think this hitch is built to a higher standard that is to say Robustly I have no worries as to whether it will prove capable to its intended task , and that's just Nice Ya gotta love that !
I just passed the one year mark with my hitch and it's been FLAWLESS! I mean, perfect! I have towed a zero turn mower about 1/2 dozen times/month, furniture, etc and it's still going strong. It's tightly installed, durable and rugged. I highly recommend it!
Hitch came in very good condition. Wiring harness had no good instructions for the 2013 Honda Crosstour.
I asked this question about the parts received before I discovered this product review option. so I will repeat my question. I got a wire harness for a 2012 Honda Crosstour. the instruction show to put a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. There also is a small container for a fuse included in the red wire of the harness. Do I need a fuse in there also? if yes ? what size? Thanks for your help.
Performs exactly as described. Installation was easier on our 2012 Crosstour than our 2014 Crosstour.

Installation was straight forward and simple. Took me about two hours could have been less but I am pretty picky about doing everything perfect.

I purchased a C11002 hitch for my 2010 Honda Cross Tour so I can trailer my Harley Davidson from Massachusetts to Florida and back again. The hitch was easy to install and it has worked well for me for the trip down to Florida and back to Massachusetts. I highly recommend this hitch.

owned for 1 year - mounted up to my 2014 honda crosstour without any issues at all. still going strong. using it to tow a dirtbike on a 4' x 8' trailer.
I bought the hitch so I could mount a bike rack for a tandem bicycle on a Honda Crosstour. The hitch works great for that purpose. Installation was straightforward, but removing the rubber rings to lower the exhaust was more challenging than I expected.

Would’ve been great if it actually fit! Avoid buying this model for your crosstour. The brackets toward the front of the vehicle are welded incorrectly and are about 3/8” off. You have to hog out the holes in order to install and it’s not fun cutting 1/2” thick steel. Also, the part number is 11002. Not C11002 like displayed on the site.

Thanks for reaching out Paul, Apologies for the confusion with the part number and the hitch not lining up properly to install. We use our part numbers (C11002) and sometimes it's very close to what the manufacturer uses (11002) but I can assure you this hitch is confirmed to fit the Crosstour. As for the front mounting brackets being about 3/8" off, it sounds like you may have what we call a "Flexed Hitch". Sometimes trailer hitches get flexed during shipping, causing points to not lineup properly. I've linked an article for you to check out that could correct the flexing.
