There are 2 trailer hitches confirmed to fit your 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour model:

- EcoHitch # 306-X7299
- Curt # C11002

I prefer the EcoHitch because it has a hidden crosstube and a 2" hitch receiver, but if you're needing something more economical then the Curt is the best choice for you - just understand this has a Class I 1-1/4" receiver and a visible crosstube so your accessories will be a bit more limited and you might have less ground clearance because of the crosstube.
