The part 116813-56173-40001 can be broken down into a few different parts. The first 6 digits (116813) are the same as a Class I Curt trailer hitch and it will only fit a 2013 - 2017 Honda Accord.

The next 5 digits, same as part # C56173, is a wiring harness that fits a 2013 - 2017 Honda Accord. And the last 5, same as part # C40001, is only a 1-7/8" hitch ball but it would fit the ball mount that comes with the trailer hitch mentioned above.

If you have a Sedan or Coupe then the Curt trailer hitch part # C11085 is the Class I trailer hitch that fits your 2011 Honda Accord. If you happen to have a Crosstour then the correct part is # C11002 instead.

To finish out the towing package you need wiring part # C56011 for a Coupe, part # C55502 for a Sedan, or part # 56008 for a Crosstour, as well as a ball mount # C45027, hitch ball # C40001, and pin/clip # F-4.
