Question:
Just purchased the Curt hitch for my 2013 Honda Crosstour. The bolt that they are calling in M10 does not fit into the frame. its too big

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11002 that you purchased is a direct fit for your 2013 Honda Crosstour. The M10 bolts likely won't fit because there is rust and corrosion built up in the open holes and the weld nuts in the frame. Using lubricant and a wire brush usual solves the problem.
