Question:
2013 Honda Crosstour. The photos look like the spare tire is clear to crank down, but I wanted to make sure there is clear access to the spare with the hitch on. I have talked to others that have Crosstours and the hitch blocked the spare tire access.

The crossbar on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11002 is bowed outward towards the rear of your 2013 Honda Accord Crosstour to allow for removal of the spare tire while installed. This is further explained at the :20 second mark in the attached video of an older hitch. The Curt has a similar design.
When using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, you will also need to use the required Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap part # 18050 to secure all non-towing accessories. When not in use, I also recommend using the Rubber Hitch Cover part # 22281 to protect either hitch from dirt and debris.
