Can GearSpace 34 Hitch Cargo Carrier be Used on Motorhome Flat Towing Vehicle

Question:

I saw the response below regarding an enclosed hitch cargo carrier and flat towing and need clarification. Please expand on why it is not possible to flat tow while also using the GearSpace 34 carrier on the motorhome. Why cant one utilize a dual hitch receiver on the motorhome with the GearSpace in the top receiver and the tow bar with appropriate extension in the bottom receiver for flat towing a vehicle?

Actually it would be possible to use the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # HGK826 with a dual hitch adapter like the part # RM-077-4. The top opening can be used for the carrier and the bottom for flat towing a vehicle with a tow bar.
