I am flat towing behind my RV and would like to know if # RM-077-4 will work for the # NV22G-NA22G on the top and my BlueOx below. I'm concerned that the overall length of the # NV22G-NA22G will interfere with the vehicle in tow

Do you mean, can the Swagman Original # S64152-2 3-Bike Hanging Rack be hitched in simultaneously with your Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G-NA22G if you use the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4?

Dual hitch receivers, like # RM-077-4, are designed for flat towing a vehicle behind an RV using the bottom receiver and have a top receiver is designed for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers. It is not designed for two bike racks. Anyways, the bikes would not fit if, hypothetically, the two racks were loaded together.

The key thing to measure here is the arm length or distance from the hitch pin hole to the center of the base pin hole of your tow bar. If you are using a tow bar like Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar # BX7420, the arm length is 52" when extended and 42-1/2" when retracted. Now let's compare it to the length of the # NV22G-NA22G. When it's extended to 4 bikes and folded down and loaded, it has the length of 57-1/2" from hitch pin hole to the end of the rack. Unfortunately, that is not a fit if you were to hitch it together with your tow bar using the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4. Please note that that the Kuat NV is not rated to be used on the back of an RV mainly due to the extra road stress and shake that occurs in that position. If you remove the 2-bike extension, you can bring it down to 32" inches folded down, and in that configuration it would technically fit. The Swagman Original # S64152-2 3-Bike Hanging Rack you were looking at before has a length of about 33" when it's folded out, so it is a fit as well.
