The Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # C35HR attaches to industry-standard 5th-wheel base rails. So yes, the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch will work with the B&W Universal Base Rails. Keep in mind, the B&W rails are rated for 18,000 lbs so you will not be able to exceed that despite the Spyder Hitches 30,000 lb gross towing weight.
