If your flatbed has a recessed 2-5/16" gooseneck ball, this adapter makes it easy to hook up your fifth wheel without extra parts or modifications. The hitch’s single-piece wraparound jaw fully encloses the king pin for complete 360-degree contact. Just drop the base onto your gooseneck ball, tighten it down with the integrated coupler pin, then slide on the hitch head and secure it with the included pin. Three height settings (12", 13-1/4", and 14-1/2") let you fine-tune your setup for level towing. Even with its simple design, it’s built tough from sturdy steel and finished in a rust-resistant black powder coat.

Ive owned it and used it for a year now and still highly recommend it to anyone with a Gooseneck hitch in their rig. Id add some pics showing how level everything sits, but not sure how to do that now.

This product is far superior than the rest of the other adapters. It mounts on the gooseneck easy and even if I didnt have a gooseneck trailer or gooseneck hitch on my truck this product is better than any other fifth wheel than that Ive had in the past. Plus it gives me the best of both ways to haul any trailer.??
