A flat spot is a section of the tire in which the rubber has become softer or stiffer than the rest of the tire. Flat spots are caused by compression of the tire against a hard surface for an extended period of time - typically 30 days or more. Vehicles that are put in storage or not driven on a regular basis, such as supercars, collectible cars, show cars, seasonal vehicles, and trailers, are at risk for developing flat spots.

When it comes to fighting flat spots, prevention is key, and that is exactly what FlatStoppers' curved surfaces are designed to do. The curved surfaces cradle your tires, allowing more of the bottom surface area of the tires to be supported than if they were parked on the flat ground. Since the tires are better supported by the cradles, weight is more evenly distributed throughout the tires, preventing the compression that causes flat spotting.
FlatStoppers are also insulated to protect your tires against ground temperature fluctuations that can contribute to flat spots. This means they will not conduct heat or cold into your tires while in storage.

They look real nice and I just put my 70 SS Chevelle (one owner) on them, It was like giving it it's first pair of shoes, I had a pair of slicks on it for quit a long time and just sat in the garage for years, had toss them out because of "flat spotting" I know that these ramps with eliminate my problem with that.................
I bought my second set before I even took delivery of my first set.
These things fit perfect under my Viper and Demon. Will be ordering more for my other cars that do not get driven everyday. This is cheap insurance against hurting expensive soft compound tires.

Needed to get the FlatStoppers quickly because of an emergency requiring me leave home for several months. Spoke with the etrailer representative about my need to have them within two days. She understood and confidently stated they will be sent the same day. Next day morning they arrived. Great service. Very professional.
Bought the FlatStoppers to protect the tires from getting flat spots during storage. The amount of tire area cradled by FlatStoppers compared to sitting on floor is impressive. Lightweight just put under tires and drive on, much safer than jackstands.
I just received the ramps yesterday. They are as advertised, they are lightweight and easy to drive the car onto. I will have to wait a few months to see if they really guard against flat spotting but so far I am very satisfied with them.
Received my product in the exact time specified when ordering and was very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of these Flat Stoppers. Had no problem driving my Corvette up on the ramps on an epoxy coated garage floor. I look forward to evaluating how well they hold up in the spring after sitting all winter.
