The bar fits my "low entry" bike well. It's strong and supports the bike nicely on the bike rack.
This product is a God send.Too bad that th bike rack I purchased didn't mention the fact that I way need to purchase a bike frame attachment. If they did it would have beeen better thank god this product is available and that etrailer had it available.

I ordered this for my step through e-bike. The quality of this product is excellent! I especially love the fact that the ends are not metal like some others I looked at. This one won’t scratch my bike. E-trailer shipped it quickly and I had it within days of placing my order.
I have been VERY happy with the customer service from etrailer, specifically Noah!! As far as the product, it is easy to use and solves the problem of securing my step through bicycle. I have just used it once but so far so good.
The frame adapter bar was just what we needed. It goes on and off with such ease.
Although we haven't used these on a long trip, I can say they work great to stabilize our kid's bikes when we went on a short trip in our community. We had no idea we were supposed to use these adapters to keep the bike safe (from falling off) and also from damaging the bikes while being transported, we now realize how much better the bikes fit and are much more secure. Because of COVID, the Thule adapters were out of stock but this brand is pretty much the same, does the same job and was less expensive.
Our adapter bar for our bike rake was exactly what we needed. Alex from etrailer kept in contact with us thru the whole process to let us know when it was shipped and to make sure we received it.
