Question:

I bought a woman's bike without the cross bar. Do I need to buy that cross piece to give me temporary cross bar while using the Swagman. Thanks again

Yes, the Swagman XTC2 TILT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S64671 is a great economical rack to use on your 2021 Lexus RX 350 with a 2-inch hitch receiver. As far as installing and removing your hitch to your vehicle, all it requires is for you to slide the shank of the rack into the hitch receiver and place the hitch pin into the pinhole of the receiver. Since the Swagman XTC2 only weighs 30 pounds, it is easily manageable to lift. As far as traveling at high speeds, the rack will be secure on highway speeds.
