Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number FT42004. This is the Flow Tools Super Duty Drain Container, with a 24 quart capacity. The drain container is going to capture fluid, and it's going to let you transport it to the recycling center. It's got the fully enclosed container, that's going to help prevent messes. You got the cap right here, this is going to be your main drain cap, when you're draining fluid into the container. The fluid's going to get into the reservoir as long as you have this cap removed. It's got the nice gasket that goes around there, so once you have this closed, it's going to make sure that that is sealed, and that fluid that is inside the reservoir does not come back out when you're transporting the fluid.

You've also got a vent right here that you can open, and then you have your main drain spout, so when you're ready to allow the fluid to exit the container, you can do so through this area right here. That cap's going to be held on there with a nice tether attachment, so you don't ever have to worry about misplacing the cap. It's got a nice, deep pan area, so it's going to reduce splatter. It's also going to feature three ergonomic handles. You have one right here, and then you're going to have one located on each side of the container. The caps are going to be made from a break resistant material, and again, it's going to be tethered to the spout with that ring so you won't lose it.

This can be stored in multiple different positions. You can see that we have it stored kind of on it's belly here, but then you can stand this upright too. You can do it like that, as well, and it'll stand up by itself. Again, it's going to have a 24 quart capacity. It's going to be great for multiple oil changes, holding a lot of liquid. A couple areas on top here that I want to go over.

This area right here is labeled, that way you can store your oil drain plug, keep it up and out of the way. These two back here say engine plug storage, so that way you can keep those up and out of the mess as you drain the fluid into the reservoir of the container. Nice, heavy duty material. It says it right on the plastic here, that it's made in the USA. The handle's got nice grips on them. Real quick, I just want to go over the overall measurements for you.

It's going to give us an overall length measurement, measuring from edge to edge, about 28 1/4 of an inch. The overall width, measuring from outside edge to outside edge, that looks like that's going to give us a measurement of about 18 3/4 of an inch. The overall height or depth, looks like it's going to give us a measurement of pretty close to 8 1/4 of an inch, somewhere in there. That's going to do it for our review of part number FT42004.
