Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a look at the replacement lid lift cylinder for 85 gallon and 100 gallon UWS combination transfer tanks. Now this part will replace the heavy duty gas lift cylinder on your 85 gallon or 100 gallon combination transfer tank. It is designed to install in the tool box to open the lid a full 90 degrees. Basically it installs by just snapping on to the ball socket that's already on there.
To remove the old one all you have to do is pop up the clip here to remove it. And then when you install these they just snap right on. Now the compression force or the weight capacity on this is 60 pounds. The overall length which is measured from the center of this one to the center of this socket is gonna be right at 10 inches. And it is for a quantity of one lift cylinder.
