I bought a truck with a utility bed. Seller did not have the key for the tool box locks. Ordered the replacement keys by the code number on the lock. Key fits perfectly. Locks were stiff and needed lube but now I can lock it up 539797

I had ordered the key a while back and it shipped out. Somehow, the post office lost the package, but reported it delivered. I alerted etrailer customer service. They quickly looked into whether it had been sent back to them or if the post office had more information on their erroneous delivery notification. The original order could not be located; so, etrailer sent me a new set and they arrived quickly.

A lesser company would have thrown up their hands and said they did their part; it not showing up is on the PO. Etrailer didn't do that - they took good care of me.

i lost my key to my truck tool box and this was the only place i could find online with the right replacement. It came much later than promised, but that was due to manufacturer, not etrailer. And they were on top of it by communicating to me what was going on.438587

Product took a long time to arrive, but when it did it did work. I was surprised I could just order a key for my toolbox from a 3rd party just from the code on the lock. It saved me a lot of money trying to get it picked and either a new lock installed or a key cut for the old lock. I would give 5 stars if they had sent me two keys, but they only sent one. Now I have to get get a copy made for another $3 -- $4.852540

Was so glad that I found a way to get a key for my tool box that I got for my truck. Was thinking I was going to put a new lock on it. But finding a key made it so easy to keep my tools locked now.399073

This product worked great. When I received the confirmation that the product would be sent, I thought it was quite a lengthy time given the speed at which many other companies ship. I was not too concerned as I was not really in a hurry. However, after a reasonable time passed (5 days or so) from the expected ship date, I called to determine if there was some issue with delivery. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and professional and explained that the part had been back-ordered and would not arrive for another week or two. While still not a big concern as I was in no hurry, it would have been really nice for the company to communicate that the part was on back order and provide an updated shipment date. Other than this one recommendation, I would certainly conduct business with this company again.437258
