Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a quick look at the replacement left side motor. This is going to be for your Lippert Components Power Gear Electric Leveling Jack System. So if something happened with your original driver's side or left side motor and you need a replacement, this is going to be the right part for you. It has the plugs.
We can get our wiring plugged in so we don't have to worry about hard splicing anything. It's just going to plug directly into our original wiring harness. It also comes with four screws to attach to our leg and there's also the pin there so we can attach the driveshaft to the rest of our components. There is a switch to release and then engage the motor. This is a switch for the motor brake, excuse me, and you want to make sure that that brake is engaged before you actually try to move with this, before you're in transit.As far as measurements, I'll give you some quick measurements here just for reference.
Overall, the casing is going to measure about nine and a half inches long, and then from top to bottom it's about ten inches tall and the casing is about five inches wide. This is going to be a replacement for a couple different leveling systems including part numbers 383548, 383768, 383772, 383778, and also 383796. Again, it is for the driver's side or the left hand side on your landing gear system. Well, that's pretty much going to do it for our look at the replacement left side motor for your Lippert Components Power Gear Electric Leveling Jack System.
