Today we're going to take a look at the Lippert Components RV Slide-Out Motor by Klauber. Now, this is going to be a great replacement for your conked out above-floor slide-out motor. It's going to help you get back to enjoying life for your vacation and moving that slider in and out with ease. This is going to be a very reliable, durable motor. It's going to be the Klauber N-500. Now to be sure that you're getting the right motor for your slide-out you want to be sure to check the specifications on your existing motor label and order accordingly.
Again, this is going to be for use on LCI electric above-floor sofa and bed slides with 12-volt DC power.We'll have our wiring connection there on the side. You can see there's a nice little grommet there to help weatherproof that wiring, just connects in, so you don't have to worry about splicing any wires. As far as our draft shaft, that's going to be 3/4" in diameter. The overall dimensions for our motor, it's going to be about 5-1/2" wide by about 10" from the top to the end of that drive shaft. Going from the top to the bottom of the platform there, it's going to be more like eight, eight and a half.
As far as the depth, it's going to be about 3". Now as far as a few other specs on this, it is going to have 10.5 rpm, horsepower of 1/15, and 7 amps of draw. This product is also made in the USA. That's going to do it for our look at the Lippert Components Slide-Out Motor by Klauber.

The part I ordered is not exactly the same part I was hoping for. I will need to do some modifications to the coach it is going into because apparently Lippert updated the motor and changed a few things. More photos of the parts that are for sale would be beneficial for buyers, just for this reason alone.

- Will The Lippert RV Slide-Out Motor by Klauber # LC130057 Fit a 2009 Heartland North Country? Unfortunately, I have no way to look up what parts are installed on your 2009 Heartland North Country. You may be able to contact the RV manufacturer with your VIN number to determine if they kept record of this when they manufactured the RV. Otherwise I would need for you to remove your current slide out motor and send me the information off the motor itself. I would then be able to cross reference the information to determine if the Lippert Motor # LC130057 will fit.
