Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this Firestone five gallon air tank. This is going to provide a compressed air source for an air helper spring system, allowing for faster inflation of your air springs. And this tank, as I mentioned, will hold five gallons of compressed air. And let me go over the ports that this has.
So first, at the top corners and along the center here, we have six 3/8 of an inch NPT ports. And then at the middle ends here and at the bottom, we have three 1/4 of an inch NPT ports. And then at the bottom corner right here, we have one 1/8 of an inch NPT port. Now, this operates at up to 150 PSI of maximum pressure. This is SAE J10 compliant, and this steel tank (steel clanking) with brass fittings will resist corrosion with an internal and external enamel coating.
Let me go ahead and retrieve my tape measure here and just go over some dimensions with you so you can be confident this is going to work for you. So looking at the overall length, lining that up as best as I can from end of port to end of port, we are sitting right at right about 34 inches long. And the diameter right here is seven inches. And the overall height, we are sitting right at, right at about eight inches tall. And if you're interested in those mounting holes, let me come around here and line this up here for you.
Measuring from center of hole to center of hole, we are sitting right at, right at about 21 and 7/8 inches long. And then let me get my ruler for this smaller measurement here. Looking at the mounting holes center to center with in regards to the width, we're sitting right at about four and 1/8 inches wide enter to center. Well, that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
As described.
I purchased an exact replacement tank for my air bagged custom truck as the original tank developed a pinhole. I am selling the truck with the buyer driving 8 hours to pick it up this weekend. I received my tank only to realize the wrong tank was picked for my order. When I called I verified that I did indeed order the correct tank and that the order picker picked the wrong tank. To further exacerbate the issue, the correct tank that was in stock when I ordered it, is now out of stock and will not be available until mid-November. I have been trying to sell this truck for the last 4 months as it is a show truck and cannot be used as a regularly driven vehicle. Now I am in jeopardy of losing this sale because of the wrong tank being picked by your order picker.
