I purchased this kit to install new 5th wheel rails for my 5th wheel on my 2021 Ram 2500. At first it was kind of scary. the thought of drilling holes in my truck bed was nerve racking. What if I drilled the hole in the wrong spot. The directions that came with the rails made it very easy to do. It took me about 3 hours to do the job by myself. I will say if you can have a 2nd person to help it makes it easier.
I purchased the B&W Custom Installation Kit and Bed Rails. I was aprohensinsive about installing it myself but I am half way through installing it and it has been really straight forward with no problems. I think I am going to be really pleased this product.
Straight forward install. I've had it in my RAM 2500 for a year now and have pulled my camper for around 7000 miles in that time and have had zero issues with the mount.
ISR bed rails installation has/is performing well - as advertised. I have the anderson ultimate 5th wheel hitch installed on these rails. The only negative comment i have is 'soft' lock washers provided with the hardware. They began to 'mushroom out' when I torqued bolts to specification. Otherwise would have been 5 stars
Already installed the next day!
In all, this was a painless order. The shipping was not only free, but quick. The heavy hitch was delivered by a semi tractor trailer in good order and condition.
I would say it was about 6 hours to install, including careful reading of instructions. The video was very helpful and I would watch it. To get a torque wrench on the front right bracket I had to take off the tire to swing the torque wrench.
By following the directions, the install went smoothly. And it looks nice too!

Great product, and excellent support; very happy. It took me a little over 4 hours to install, but if you have a good helper and a lift it could be done in half that time.
The instructions weren’t great, but the YouTube video was extremely helpful, be sure and watch it first.
An impact is highly recommended and some extensions were necessary to reach the driver side front brackets.
We have had our B&W The Patriot Slider now for a year, we had the dealer install for us and we can't be any happier with it. We get minimal noise from it, and coupled with the Trailair Rota Flex that already came on our new to us 5th wheel we get minimal herky jerky movements. The hitch came as promised in minimal time frame, we will definetly continue to use etrailer for major items such as this.
Ordered my hitch on Monday and received it Wednesdaytje same week. Great!

Shipping was as expected, product arrived in good condition. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The installation video on etrailer.com was of great help and it was nice tool to have.
Product is good however the instructions are not only wrong but mis-leading. Thank good for Tractor supply. The hitch works great!
The team worked with me to get the missing hardware from the manufacturer. Would reccomend.

Ive used my hitch six times in the last year and had zero issues. The approach plate has rusted some but that was from towing another unit without a pin cover. I mention this so others know the importance of having one to prevent metal on metal contact. I installed this unit myself and torqued everything to spec, nothing has come loose. If youre reading this to determine if you can do it yourself, just do it. Its slow and Id give the difficulty 35 but by no means impossible. Just be thorough when measuring where to put the holes in the bed and make sure the fuel lines arent touching, which is a matter of pulling the clips off and repositioning the hoses

Love it perfect fit just like customer service said great instructions no issues
I was on the fence on which tow system to buy. Hands down the BWRVK2602, was no competition We will be setting it up on our 2018 2500 Ram. The package arrived and upon opening saw the fit and finish on all the pieces. A huge help is the video available to show exact steps to get all this mounted. I will be back to get all my brake controller parts. Thanks so much Nick C. for all the help.

Everything is still solid , I pull a 16,500 5th wheel trailer and everything still working great. No rust on painted surfaces , thank for building good stuff.

Still works and is intact - no complaints
did what it was supposed to do
Waited three weeks for my order and they shipped half of it!! Customer service was nice, however they told me the other half of order fell off the truck? Or was lost? It will take five days to find it!!! And then another two weeks to ship it! First time and last time customer! I canceled my other orders from e trailer! Not happy at all
Along with the air springs I also purchased the Patriot 18000lbs 5th wheel and the installation base rails, these products also installed very easily. I'm 63 years old and I installed everything with no help or lifts of any kind.

Installed this kit on my sons 2021 Ram 2500 and he uses it almost daily in his work as a contractor, pulling a goose neck trailer. He also uses it to tow his fifth wheel camper. Likes the interchanability of the tow heads as a convenient fast option. He had the fifth wheel and gooseneck heads from his previous truck.
After one year, product looks like new. I recently re-torqued all hardware however none was out of spec. I'm pleased with the functionality and durability of this product.

installed myself very easy
Order a B&W 5th wheel hitch with the rails package. All was delivered on time and notices to my email kept me up to date for the delivery date. Great job getting me my parts.
E trailer shipped with lightening speed as usual no I received my 5th wheel height about 2pm and after watching the videos and reading the step by step instructions we began the huge job. I was amazed and the simple steps involved and before I knew it we were putting tools away and admiring the straightness of the new rails and how every bracket lined up with factory nuts and now I can put a 26k lb 5th wheel.
