The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches uses custom-fit brackets that line up with existing holes in the frame, so you don’t have to drill into it. You’ll only need to drill through the bed for the rail mounting points. This setup avoids frame obstacles, cuts down measuring time, and creates a clean, secure connection for your hitch. Product received as expected and on time. All parts were there. Product itself was poor design due to imposable to reach bolts for torqueing, as well as put spacers in place if you are not a shop with a lift.
eTrailer has always been a great company to do business with. I received my hitch quickly. I could have ordered the hitch many other places, but I prefer eTrailer!
Product was priced right, shipping was pretty slow for it supposedly being in stock, 1 of the rails is all beat up like it had been used, which irks me but I’m going to use it so it would only be a matter of time before I made it look the way it came. Need to work on communication and quality control

Rail kit was shipped and received super fast. Installation instructions were pretty spot on but the measurement from rail to rail would have been helpful as I did not have my 5th wheel hitch yet. Not a huge deal, did some measuring of my own and got it in. Quality of kit is top notch in my opinion. Matched this rail kit with a Patriot 16K, which dropped right in. I'm definitely a fan of B&W products for the stoutness of design/build and etrailer for quick service/decent pricing.

It was an excellent product and went on pretty easily except for one bolt above the gas tank. With some ingenuity I was able to get it.
The product looks well made, only thing is it’s in primer gray. I thought it was black, they should add that in the description.

Fast shipping. Installation pretty straight forward. Hardest part was torqueing the bolts to 80 ft-lbs very little clearance.
Ordered for a 2022 F150 3.5 liter ecoboost. Fit perfectly. Have towed with it twice already in conjunction with an anderson ultimate hitch towing a grand design 150 series 230rl fifth wheel. Product was pretty light weight and I installed myself. Easy installation for me (heavy equipment diesel mechanic) but I'm certain a novice can do it also with some time and proper tools
Bought this in a hurry and was planning to have it installed by a shop. On a whim I printed the instructions and decided it was worth my time to save $400. Took about six hours over three days to get it done including set up and cleanup each day. Done in my driveway with mostly basic stuff and picked up a 31’ camper with it a couple days later and dragged it 70 miles to the spot it will stay for a while without any issues at all. All parts fit very well and the instructions are good enough to allow anybody with some wrenching skills to install it. The longest amount of time is getting the first rail exactly in place and pinned down. The rest was just pretending to be a contortionist to get all the spacers, washers and nuts on and tightened. On an ‘18 F150 there is no way to get a socket to 8 of the 10 bolts so a long box end wrench and lock tight were my friends. I was able to precisely torque all the bolts to two ugga duggas and then add “that ain’t going anywhere” for extra protection. The in frame bolts however did get torqued using a torque wrench, if it makes anyone feel better. Only gripe I have is my truck is black and it is light grey but whatever, I will survive. And ya I would buy another one if ever needed.
