I’m going to install the OEM Ram puck prep package otherwise; given that, would the Curt A20 with the feet for Ram work with the appropriate wedge? I want a clean bed when the hitch is removed.

I do have an option for you but we don't offer any underbed mounting solutions for a 2021 Ram 2500 with RamBox. Instead, I recommend the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255 with the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWRVK2602. This is an excellent setup that will provide you with a quality hitch and a mostly bolt-on install kit. It will work great with the Curt Turning Point when used with the Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels part # SWW-06.
