The built-in color indicator takes the guesswork out of hitching. Red means you’re uncoupled, yellow means ready to couple, and green means locked in and good to tow. Assembled hitch and locked into Ford "puck" system within a few hours of receiving two (2) pkgs. I found instructions easy to follow and my RV at a level stance after following pre measurement instructions. Unit is well made and a big improvement over the 16k hitch it's replacing.
I bought a new Ford f350 with the puck system. The Curt 20k hitch is designed to drop right in and it did. Went together easily.

Love the hitch. fits my 2018 super duty f350- perfect. It is a bit heavy so I use a engine lift to get it into the back of my truck, which work great. I could lift it but I am old and don't want to hurt myself. I have purchased several Items from etrailer and all have been top quality and at a very fair price.
I paid for the 3-5 business day shipping and received it on day 4. The packaging left a bit to be desired but everything was undamaged so I really don't care. Assembly was relatively easy but as another reviewer said, make sure you thread the bolts through the legs before you get started. Additionally, once assembled, I had to pull the pins and back the nuts off the feet about 3/4 of a turn on all four feet to fit my Ford puck system. Overall, good product, great etrailer service at the best price I found on the web.
I just received the Curt 5th wheel hitch for my Ford F-350. It has met my every expectations. The unit is very well made and fits perfectly. The instructions were spot on and easy to follow. This is my first 5th Wheel hitch and I'm anxious to try it out. The only thing I have left to do is to make the measurement for the height and I'll be ready to go.

Received this hitch about 1 week after ordering. Item arrived in packaging which maybe had more staples in it than required but everything was intact. Assembly took about 15-20 minutes and hitch just dropped right into Ford factory prep package. Hooking and unhooking trailer is a breeze and everything slides very smoothly. Pulling trailer is smooth due to dual rubber pivots and eliminates most hitch chatter. All in all, would definitly recommend and purchase again.
We've been using the Curt A20 5th wheel hitch for about a year now. It is a dream! it hitches easy and smooth. When pulling, it is smooth and does its job well, keeping us both safe and comfortable.
This is a great hitch. Works perfectly with the Ford factory bed mount system and is easy to take apart into two pieces for easy installation/removal. I have towed almost 10k miles with it in the year that I have owned it and have never had an issue. Easy to hookup and disconnect. Can't ask for mutch more in a hitch.

I’ve owned a few fifth wheel hitches in the past and after using the A20 for about a year now I can honestly say this is a great hitch. The chucking is almost nonexistent. The rubber under the fifth wheel head appears to absorb the movement of the fifth wheel. Hooking up is extremely easy and the color identifiers instantly let you know the status of the connection. It fits perfectly in the Ford’s puck system and is easy to connect and disconnect. Overall a great buy for us.
Delivery was quick and assembly was easy enough. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the jaws won't open consistently to unhitch without moving the truck back and forth. This is compounded when not on level ground. I had to pry the jaws apart to get them to open. My previous Curt hitch did not do this unless the truck and camper were very uneven.

I have not towed with it yet, just installed in the FORD OEM pucks. Installation was straightforward. The pucks make it very easy to adjust and attach the hitch. Hitch is high quality. Cant wait to use it.
No problems with shipping and containers were of adequate strength for the weight of pieces inside.

The assistance I received with identifying the right hitch and then getting it ordered and shipped was fantastic. The hitch arrived in perfect condition sooner than originally expected (Thank you Nicole). Assembly was easy although I did get a little assistance from my 7 year old son G. Within 30 minutes assembly was complete. Connecting to trailer was seamless and I would highly recommend this hitch. Again thank you to Nicole for all the fantastic help.

It arrived in one week in perfect shape with all the parts to assemble. I did need to go get Torque Wrench to assemble, but you can also do as loaner tools. Hitch went together easily and am very pleased with it.

After 1 year still glad I got this hitch. No issues and it is easy to hookup and disconnect. Using with 2016 F350 DRW wpuck system and 2017 Solitude 310GK.
Other than issues with the shipping the product is a well-made easy to assemble hitch. I really enjoy the wrap around jaws. They do not bind at all when unhitching. It is an easy process to remove the hitch from the truck. The head is easy to remove and carry. The lower leg assembly fits nicely into my puck system on my 2019 F-350 and is also easy to remove and carry. Overall I am very happy with the product. The hitch came in 2 boxes. The upper head unit arrived and was packaged extremely well. The box with legs did not come until the next day. It looked like it came from a war zone. The packaging was not nearly as good, the box was torn open, the instruction ripped apart, and legs scratched and marred. Again, other than UPS and the poorly packaged 2nd box I am very happy with the purchase.

After a year of use I still find it to be an excellent fifth wheel hitch. I would purchase it again from etrailer without hesitation.
I purchased this hitch because I have used a Curt Q16, with my fifth wheel and it has performed well. I have a new truck with long bed, and I no longer need the slider. My truck has the factory 5th wheel prep package. I decided to order the new Curt A20, rather than just adding the legs to the Q16. The Q20 was shipped and delivered as scheduled. It was packaged well, and the hitch looks perfect. The installation instructions were easy to follow, and the entire process went in without any problems.
Katrina answered my questions, on the phone, about options, and helped me with the order process. eTrailer.com has the products I need, with great prices and quick shipping. When I need towing accessories, this is the place I'll shop.

I like it , we just drive to Northern California with our 5th Wheel and the hitch work perfect.
The hitch is great. I towed my 5th wheel on a test run. No hitch noise. Very quiet.
Easy to assemble.
Item was delivered in great condition, only 2 boxes. Went together easy four bolts and install the handle only one castle nut had to be adjusted. Instructions are complete and user friendly. Operation and use of fifth wheel along with safety and maintenance definitized. Placed fully assembled unit into four plugs cam latch and lock ready to go. 2hr
Great experience. Called etrailer to ensure I had selected the proper 5th wheel hitch for my F-250 with OEM goose neck puck system. Hitch arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. Installation was very simple (you will need a torque wrench at least 100 ft pounds). Coupling / uncoupling very smooth and positive color indicator very helpful.
