Im looking for a hitch that will fit in my 2011 F250 with an 8 foot box it does have the factory Puck system in bed it looks like

There are several 5th wheel trailer hitches that will fit the factory pucks in a 2011 Ford F-250 long bed. One of the most popular is B&W Companion # BWRVK3300. This hitch is rated for 20,000 pounds gross trailer weight and is made in the USA. There is also a 25K version, # BWRVK3305.
We also have some options from Curt including the 24K hitches # C16039, or # C16036, 20K hitches # C16034 and # C16530-16017, and 16K hitch # C16520-16017. All of these hitches feature cushioned heads for improved ride quality.
And Reese has an 20K M5 Series hitch # RP30921 as well as a 27K Elite Series # RP30922.
In my opinion you will get the most bang for your buck by going with one of the Curt hitches. I have linked videos to all of the hitches listed above.
