We actually have the Replacement Head Mounting Hardware for Curt 5th Wheel Hitches # C35UR that is exactly what you are needing. It includes qty.4 of the following:
M14 45mm Bolt
M14 Flat Washer
M14 Split Washer
M14 Nyloc Nut
You will also want to torque these down to 100 ft-lbs when installing the Curt Legs 16017 (our part # e29PR) on the Curt A20 Head Unit # C16540.
