Question:
Which 5th wheel hitch do I need for my 2022 Ford F-250 to pull my 5th wheel with a Reese Revolution rotating pin box? I'm considering the Curt A20 and the B&W Companion. My truck has the pucks in the bed.

Because it's domestically manufactured, and it can be raised to a greater height, I'd recommend the B&W # BWRVK3300 Companion, but honestly you can't go wrong either way.
The # C16034 A20 and the # BWRVK3300 Companion both have a 20K capacity. Both use dampened hitch heads that help to isolate road shock experienced by the 5th wheel from the tow vehicle. Both hitches have a rather unique jaw setup that grips the 5th wheel king pin very tightly, to prevent the king pin from moving around in the jaws and causing clattering and banging that's transferred to the tow vehicle.
The Curt has a greater height adjustment range, from 13-17 inches, but the Companion can be adjusted to it's taller, from 16-3/4 - 18-3/4 inches. With truck bed sides getting taller over the last few years, the ability to move the hitch to that height can be advantageous.
The Curt hitch is manufactured overseas, while the B&W Companion is manufactured in the US, in Kansas.
To prevent the king pin from rotating in the hitch jaws so the Turning Point pin box works correctly, you'll need a wedge installed on the underside of the pin box. For the B&W, use # SWW-06. For the Curt A20, use # C16992.
